Firstly who is an introvert? An Introvert is someone who is shy, quiet and prefers to spend time alone rather than often being with other people.
Networking Marketing involves, well networking, speaking and social media presence so how is it that I believe a Network Marketing Business is for Introverts.
Research on Introverts has shown that they have the following attributes:
Good listeners and observers rather than talkers
Motivated internally rather externally
Enjoy learning
Feel comfortable when they are prepared.
Experts in whatever field they are in as they are very detail oriented.
These are all the good qualities to become an awesome Network Marketer.
You will listen and observe your customers needs and wants. As a good listener you will understand how you can really help them.
Mindset is really important in Network Marketing and introverts tend to motivate themselves before they can others.
Network Marketing requires constant learning which an introvert enjoys
Preparation is the key for a networking business. Introverts tend to prepare way in advance so they can present their product or opportunity to their customers instead of “winging it” so to speak. They tend to refer to the workshops, webinars and educating customers through presentations.
Introverts become experts due to their continuous learning traits.
The are some more qualities an introvert has:
They aim for quality over quantity. They would rather engage with few liable customer rather than a lot of people who have no interest.
As introverts don’t usually have much to say, people tend to listen to them when they do.
So if you are an introvert and would like to start your own Digital/Network Marketing Business try these tips:
Focus on your strengths. Things that you are good at and enjoy doing. There are many ways to promote your business. Not comfortable being the centre of attraction. No problems, you can get an influencer to promote your business.
Find support for areas you lack in. Network Marketing is all about finding the right business partners. If you have don’t like sales not an issue, you can find a business partner who maybe doesn’t mind selling but hates doing researching or writing content.
Be Proud to be an Introvert. Set an example for other introverts that you don’t have to be an extrovert to be successful in business. Start a blog where you can share your tips with others or create powerful social media post which will be helpful for others.
